Please fill out the form below.  After filling out the form, Ms. Hacker will contact you via the email address provided to schedule your coaching slot. 

Coaching slots will be available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 6:00 - 8:00 at

the Hope and Harmony Performing Arts Center located at 77 Metcalf Drive in Auburn.

Payment will be required at the time of scheduling your slot. Payment is required monthly in advance and is due​ prior to your first coaching session each month.  Invoices will be sent via the email address provided at registration, unless you would like to arrange a different mode of payment with Hope and Harmony.
