Summer Strings Ensemble Experience is excited to welcome Chris Holmes as our 2025 program director!  Chris is best known for his work as a cellist and teacher in the CNY area. Chris has extensive chamber music and orchestra experience, having played in various ensembles throughout his life. He’s also been playing for musicals since 2015. Chris has studied strings extensively during his time at Onondaga Community College and Ithaca College, where he came into his own as a multi-instrumentalist. Most recently, he graduated from Ithaca College in December 2024.  Chris is looking forward to lending his experience to the program.
